You can download the latest version of MatManager from the link below. This is only a demo version, so the number of materials it can store are limited until the program is authorized. Go to the buy section of this website to purchase a license.
MatManager requires 3D Studio MAX 9 SP2 or newer to run and it will work in both 32 and 64 bits versions.
NOTE: MatManager is still considered BETA, so it is possible that you might encounter a bug, if so please report it using the link to the left.
